For international orders, customs duties, import fees, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s policies. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER
If your tracking shows no movement or delivery issues, contact us with your order number. We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
6. ARE SALE ITEMS FINAL?
Yes, all discounted and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We allow exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your item for local orders (Lebanon only). Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

We accept credit/debit cards, local cash-on-delivery in Lebanon, and select international payment gateways. Options may vary depending on your shipping destination.
10. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not offer refunds. If you're eligible for a local exchange and the exchanged item costs less, the remaining balance will be credited to your ZEHN card for future use.
